About Zukunft.Gründen

Zukunft.Gründen transforms visions into measurable value. As a dynamic venture studio, we support innovation-driven individuals and companies on their entrepreneurial journeys – whether it’s launching a startup or guiding established businesses through innovation processes.

Our approach combines venture capital, tailored accelerator programs, and customized innovation services to optimally support both founders and traditional SMEs.

We accompany startups from the initial idea all the way to market leadership and make targeted angel investments to push forward innovative projects. Our close collaboration with the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences (HfWU) provides founders with academic expertise and hands-on insights that anchor future-oriented ideas in a sustainable way.

Our mission is to foster entrepreneurship on a broad scale – to actively address the major challenges of our time and create a positive social impact. With an interdisciplinary team and a clear focus on sustainable growth, we create value for our partners, the economy, and society.

Driven by a passion for innovation and a holistic support approach, we pave the way for a successful entrepreneurial future. Zukunft.Gründen stands for bold ideas, entrepreneurial spirit, and sustainable development – and we invite you to join us on this journey.

Your Role

The GründerHaus is more than just a co-working space – it's the future of founder life! Our vision is to create a unique space where founders not only work but live, connect, and build something great together.

Alongside office and co-working spaces, we plan to develop residential units, a prototype lab for hardware startups, leisure areas like a gym, and a restaurant.

As Event & Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving this community. You'll take the lead at the GründerHaus, ensure that new startups move in, plan and organize events, connect startups with SMEs, investors, and innovation partners, and actively contribute to the atmosphere and energy of the space.

This role is perfect for someone with a knack for people, events, and community-building who’s excited to help shape a vibrant culture of innovation!

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and shape the GründerHaus community – Ensure that founders, investors, and companies connect and collaborate.
  • Manage the GründerHaus – Act as the first point of contact for startups, organize onboarding, and foster an inspiring atmosphere.
  • Plan and organize events and formats – From small community meetups to co-founder matchmaking to larger startup and innovation events.
  • Coordinate and execute the FoundersWeek – Develop program content, recruit speakers, and organize networking sessions for our annual flagship event.
  • Create and distribute newsletters – Keep the community updated on news, events, and exciting opportunities.
  • Partner and stakeholder coordination – Build and maintain long-term relationships with startups, businesses, universities, and investors.
  • Drive community engagement & collect feedback – Develop formats to enhance interaction and regularly gather input from the community.

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Experience or strong passion for event management and community building
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, social innovation, and sustainable development
  • Creativity and a hands-on mindset to design innovative event formats
  • Strong organizational skills and independent working style – you juggle many tasks and keep everything on track
  • Natural networker with heart – you love bringing people together and building lasting connections

What We Offer

  • Creative freedom & real impact – Be part of building the GründerHaus and shaping a unique community for startups & innovators
  • An inspiring environment – Work in a dynamic venture studio with access to startups, investors, and companies
  • Access to learning and networking opportunities – Take part in workshops, courses, and startup events
  • A great team & open company culture – We value respect, collaboration, and having fun at work
  • Flexible working & exciting responsibilities – Implement your own ideas and take real ownership of your work

We’re looking for someone with experience in event and community management who’s ready to help make our GründerHaus vision a reality. This is a full-time, on-site position in Nürtingen.
