Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Program Management Support (Intern) to assist our program lead in developing and executing impactful and innovative acceleration programs for impact-oriented startups and organizations ("gemeinwohlorientierte Unternehmen").

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the program lead to design and implement acceleration programs for startups and SMEs in Germany and globally.
• Conduct research and analysis on social innovation trends and best practices.
• Assist the Program Manager in preparing workshops and training sessions for participants.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Work with the communication team to create promotional materials for the programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and community organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience or strong interest in social innovation, social entrepreneurship, or project management.
• Solid understanding of the German startup ecosystem and impact-driven business models, with an interest in global trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & German (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for social impact, sustainability, and innovation.
